JAURE – EXCEPTIONAL SPRING WATER
For millions of years, an underground spring in Lapland has been flowing in the far north of the Kingdom of Sweden. This protected spring is forever safeguarded from all human and environmental influences. 180 meters below the surface, deep within ancient granite rock. Like a safe, it holds the true “blue gold,” perfectly pure. We named it JAURE.

Its smoothness makes it a perfect pairing for the finest wines and the most exquisite dishes.

Very smooth and refreshing on the palate despite its age, this water is exceptionally well-balanced and pairs perfectly with the finest wines and the most delicate dishes. The version with added CO2 is very light and delicately sparkling, which allows it to retain its lightness. Pairs well with fine fish and the great white wines of the Rhône.
