Placing an order on the Watershop.co.uk website couldn’t be simpler: explore our catalog at your leisure, in the various categories, using the search engine or via the headings we offer.

Choose the items you wish to purchase by clicking on “Add to basket”. Once your products are in the shopping basket, click on the “Checkout” button.

NB : Payments made on watershop.fr are entirely secure.

All orders placed before 11am (Monday to Friday inclusive) are processed the same day. In other words, it is removed from stock, checked, packaged, stamped and delivered to the carrier of your choice.

Orders placed after 11 a.m. are processed on the next working day.

Watershop offers 3 payment methods:

  • Credit card: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express with our partner STRIPE (100% secure).
    The debit is made as soon as you have finalized your order.
  • Paypal.
  • Bank transfer. Please note that orders are prepared when we receive the value of the order on our account. Processing times can be quite long.

Payment is entirely secure thanks to the online payment system of our banking partner: STRIPE. Your banking data circulates on the Internet only in encrypted form, i.e. it is encoded in such a way as to make it completely illegible.

Furthermore, they are only processed by STRIPE and are never in Watershop’s possession. In fact, when you enter your card number to make purchases on Watershop, you are actually transmitting it to STRIPE and not to Watershop.

Delivery

Relais Colis: 4/5 days from dispatch, Monday to Friday. You will receive an e-mail informing you that your parcel has been delivered to the parcel centre of your choice.

UPS: 3/4 days from dispatch, Monday to Friday. You will receive an e-mail informing you that your package has been dispatched.

UPS Express: 2/3 days from dispatch, Monday to Friday. You will receive an e-mail informing you of its dispatch.

If you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact customer service.

We will send you an e-mail as soon as your parcel has been dispatched, with a link enabling you to track the delivery of your parcel. Simply click on the link to access your order details and parcel number. Another click on the parcel number will enable you to track the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website. You’ll know in real time what stage your delivery is at.

With UPS and UPS Express, the package is delivered to your door. If you are not at home when the delivery driver arrives, you will receive a notification by SMS inviting you to make a new appointment with UPS. In the event of prolonged absence, UPS will make your parcel available at one of its parcel relays.

Online deliveries on watershop.fr are made in France, Germany, Switzerland, Monaco, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal.

No, we do not accept returns. Damaged products must be reported immediately to the carrier/delivery agent and must not be accepted: see our“Delivery conditions” for more information. They will be automatically returned to us for exchange or refund.
