Transport prices are on a sliding scale:
the more bottles you order, the less you pay.
An order placed on a Watershop.fr bottle (while stocks last) is generally prepared and dispatched within 72 hours. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are prepared on Monday.
We charge shipping costs according to our carriers' rates, no more and no less.

It is the responsibility of the person receiving the package to control the number of packages and their contents in front of the carrier and only sign the consignment note after entering reservations specifying the number of missing packages, the number of damaged packages and the type of damage sustained (breakage, wetness, tearing, deep scratches, deformation, denting).
If the driver refuses to wait for the packages to be fully inspected:
You can either accept the parcel(s), but express your reservations by mentioning in the comments field “inspection impossible because the driver refuses to wait for a complete inspection of the parcel(s)”, and then sign the delivery note; or you can refuse to sign the delivery note and send the parcel on its way.
In any case, these precautions do not guarantee compensation from the carrier. In fact, the final decision rests exclusively with the carrier, who will judge whether your claim is admissible. But it has to be done! Any damaged package or breakage not specified before signing the delivery note will not be eligible for any refund or claim.
Watershop cannot be held responsible for external events affecting parcel delivery times (demonstrations, bad weather, etc.).
